I have been accepted to be a RFC Chaplain in the NorthEast Division.   This is a big step of Faith for me and I feel God is pushing me to get more involved in RFC to use our racing as a tool for his Glory.

If there is anything I can  Pray for you about.  Please let me know.  You can e-mail me at
MartyRinehartjr@yahoo.com  to get in touch with me.

I do have newsletters, tracts, RFC decals and that type of thing if you want them.

Thanks, Marty~

Marty Rinehart Jr. BIO

Marty Rinehart, Jr. began his Drag Racing career at the age of eight, long before the invention of the Junior Dragster.  In 1978 & 1979, he captured wins at York U.S. 30 Dragway at the Big Wheel Nationals. Three years later, he went to the Cecil County Dragway winner's circle at the Drag Bike Spring Nationals in the Youth Division.

Marty went on to win bracket-racing championships in Super Pro Eliminator in 1987 and 1992 at South Mountain Dragway, and in 1990 in Super Pro at Maple Grove Raceway.  All of these Championships came while foot brake racing in a class where delay boxes were legal in their trusty 1968 Big Block Camaro.  In 1993, The Guest & Rinehart team was formed and Rineharts Performance finished the construction  of the 27 T Roadster that Marty drove in local and Big Dollar Bracket Races.  Later in 1997, the team gave Super Gas an attempt.  The first taste of divisional and national event racing had them hooked.

NHRA Stock Eliminator was their next quest in 2000 in a 1968 Chevy Caprice running O/SA & P/SA.  In the first year, He finished 6th in the division and won the 2000 Image of Youth award.

The need to go back to the big tires, 4-link suspensions and faster race cars got Rineharts Performance to build the team a Super Stock Camaro.  This class fit the team like a glove and have been thrashing on the 69 Camaro to go quicker and faster ever since.

In 1988, he earned an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.  His Engineering Degree helps produce safer, faster and more reliable race cars.  Marty is also certified in MIG TIG and stick welding processes.

He has been employed full-time since 1990 as an electronics technician by Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation, Inc. in York, PA.

Marty's success as a driver combines with his design and fabrication knowledge and the skills he’s perfected at Voith Siemens and Rinehart's Performance Race Cars to produce fast, consistent and reliable race cars. With his history of continuous improvement as a winning driver and his formidable skills as a fabricator, Marty plays multiple roles at Rinehart’s Performance and on the Guest & Rinehart Race Team.

Getting to the finish line first by the smallest of margine is what we try to do every time.

Leaving the starting line on time takes a lot of work on the Biondo final round practice tree.

My Dad and I are getting ready for Super Gas eliminations at the 1998 Keystone Nationals.

This is the Super Gas Street Roadster I drove for a number of years in the 1990's with a fair amount of success.

This is when it was set up for Bracket Racing.  What a nice ride in the low to mid 8 second range.

This is the 68 Chevy Caprice I drove in Stock Eliminator for a number of years.
